Hi, congratulations on your research and work with image blending and sharing it on the web. I noticed that your BlendModeColor shader changes color, if comparing it to Illustrator or Photoshop, will you leave it like that or you have a work around this ?
Thanks

I realize that I am reading blogs that are getting pretty dated, but I see signs that you still maintain an interest in your blend modes project, so I am hopeful of being able to get the source code that is supposedly available.

First, I am only interested in the Stamp version of the blend. Second. I would rather have just that pbk file, but, of course, I will be happy for whatever you can provide.

If the 20Kb of code on the google site includes the pbk files, I sure couldn't find them.

Yes you are correct I never had the time to understand completely why this occurs in my article I wrote:

"Because Flash premultiplies alpha and I explained earlier about why you may need to un-multiply alpha from the rgb components. It's important to know from this there is a certain degree of losiness"

This losiness is seen particularly on the alpha channel parts which are not full or empty as these parts are affected more by the pre-multiplication and un-multiplication equation than say the values 0 and 1.

Hi!
This is really awesome, but i'm seeing very ugly artifacts when using the color dodge with transparent images... you can even see it in the example you are presenting in the border of the text.... is there any way to fix this? Thanks!

The file in the downloads section is a zipped up swc, it's your zip software that is uncompressing the swc contained within the zip. Try a different archiving program.
